mx001 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and mx001 ("We", "Us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the mx001 website and all related services, games, and features available at mx001.bio.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the mx001 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the platform.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To create and maintain an account on mx001, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. mx001 does not permit gambling by any person under the age of 21, and we take all reasonable steps to enforce this restriction through registration and KYC verification procedures.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf. Opening an account or placing bets on behalf of another person is prohibited.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of mx001 or any of its affiliated providers.

3. Account Registration and Verification

To access real-money games, betting markets, and the cashier on mx001, you must register a verified account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. mx001 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity at any stage.

• Each player is permitted to hold one account only. If duplicate accounts are identified, mx001 will close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bonus balances, and may withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify mx001 support immediately.
• mx001 will never request your password or one-time passcode by any channel — telephone, email, or chat. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.
• Players who have voluntarily self-excluded may not re-register for a new account for the duration of their self-exclusion period. Attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account will result in permanent closure of all accounts.

mx001 conducts identity verification (KYC) checks as required by our internal compliance framework. Verification may be requested before a withdrawal is processed, after a significant deposit, or at any other time at our reasonable discretion. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

mx001 processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, or other supported methods listed in the cashier. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed at the point of deposit.
• Withdrawals will be processed only to a payment method that is registered in your name and matches the name on your mx001 account. mx001 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval, subject to KYC verification being complete and no active compliance hold on the account.
• mx001 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or refuse any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, where KYC documentation has not been provided, or where a bonus wagering requirement has not been satisfied.

Players are responsible for any taxes or levies applicable to their winnings under the laws of their jurisdiction. mx001 does not withhold or remit taxes on player winnings.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

mx001 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who are fully verified and in good standing. One welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times is considered abuse.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's terms. Failure to meet the rollover within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• mx001 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, and to void bonus funds and associated winnings where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of software errors, or collusion.
• Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds unless otherwise stated. Cash out is not available directly from free spin winnings — the rollover must be completed first.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on mx001 are operated by certified third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, Ezugi, and Microgaming. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game events conducted by professional dealers in a studio environment. The following fair play conditions apply to all players:

• Players must not use any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with mx001 games or betting markets. Use of such tools will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Players must not engage in collusion, chip dumping, or any coordinated strategy with other players that is designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures. mx001 monitors play patterns and reserves the right to investigate and act on suspicious activity.
• In the event of a technical failure or software error that causes an incorrect game outcome or an erroneous credit to a player account, mx001 reserves the right to void affected bets and correct account balances. 7. Responsible Gaming

mx001 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We offer the following responsible gaming tools to all players. These tools can be accessed through your account settings or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before it becomes active.
• Time-out: Players may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a time-out, login is disabled and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is causing them harm may request a self-exclusion of a minimum 6 months up to permanent closure. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for their stated duration. Players who self-exclude may not create a new account during the exclusion period.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on mx001 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Opening or operating accounts on behalf of a minor, or permitting a minor to use your account under any circumstances.
• Using fraudulent payment instruments, chargebacks, or any mechanism to deposit funds that are then withdrawn without genuine wagering activity.
• Coordinating with other players, affiliates, or third parties to systematically exploit bonus structures, game mechanics, or promotional loopholes for guaranteed profit.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KY C verification, including the use of stolen identity documents or falsified payment records.

9. Account Termination and Suspension

mx001 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity; (c) the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a risk to mx001, other players, or the integrity of the platform.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance may be forfeited at our discretion. Where an account is closed for any other reason and the player has a verified real-money balance, mx001 will process a withdrawal of that balance to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following the resolution of any outstanding compliance checks.

10. Limitation of Liability

mx001 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mx001 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. mx001 does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Under no circumstances shall mx001, its directors, employees, partners, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption — even if mx001 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident.

11. Amendments to These Terms

mx001 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly. Your continued use of the mx001 platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.
